REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

I - The board of examiners considers each candidate’s application.
The application form has to be sent to Condé International Department as soon as possible.
The application form must include :
- this document duly completed and signed (3 pages) with 2 passport photographs included ;
- a true copy of your school reports (showing the subjects you studied) and the diplomas you obtained ;
- students who have already studied French must send a certificate or diploma showing the level or degree achieved ;
- for art programmes : students who have already studied art must send a small portfolio of handmade works (or copies) including both plastic art works and applied art works. Works will not be sent back but handed back to the student once in France ;
- a birth certificate (translated into French for Asian, Arabic or Russian languages) ;
- a photocopy of your passport or identity card ;
- a cheque or bank transfer certificate for 1 525 euros (1075 euro deposit + 450 euro registration fees).
In case of payment by bank transfer, bank charges are to be paid by the student.

II - The school informs you of the results by mail.
 Eligible candidates will receive a certificate of eligibility and a certificate of pre-registration as well as a registration form that is to be completed and sent back to Condé International Department in Lyon – 5 place Gensoul - 69002 LYON - FRANCE. Candidates can send their tuition and registration fees in full with their registration form if they want us to send them the registration certificate that is necessary for obtaining a visa. All fees must be paid in full at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the course.
III - Registration conditions - pre-registration and eligibility certificates
 A pre-registration certificate will be issued after the 1 525 euros deposit has been paid. Registration certificates will only be delivered after the total amount has been paid.
Any certificate sent by express mail upon request will be invoiced to the student.
Important : the balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before classes start.

IV - Cancellation conditions
 More than 8 weeks before the course starts : If a visa is required, if the visa has already been obtained, there is no refund. If the visa has not been obtained yet, Condé International refunds 50 % of the total deposit (1525 euros). If a visa is not required, Condé International refunds 50 % of the total deposit (1525 euros).
Less than 8 weeks before the course starts : If a visa is required, if the visa has already been obtained, there is no refund. If the visa has not been obtained yet, the total deposit (1 525 euros) plus 50 % of the balance are kept by the school. Once the course has started, the fees are not refunded.
Deposit and fees are not transferable from person to person.
If students choose not to attend any one class, they are not entitled to any refund.
V - Visa refusal
 In case of visa refusal, the application is automatically transferred to the following intake in order to let the student prepare another visa application and increase his/her chances of obtaining it. The amounts already paid to the school are kept by the school and transferred -except registration fees- to the following intake.
VI - Delay in obtaining the visa
 If a candidate can not obtain a visa on time, he/she must inform the school as soon as possible. Only we can decide if a candidate if he/she can not get a visa on time and we can not be held responsible if a candidate eventually fails to be accepted in the programme he/she had registered in.

VII - Delayed arrival or anticipated departure
 There is no partial refund of the tuition fees if a candidate arrives after the beginning of the course or stops before the end of the course. This also applies to candidates arriving late due to delays in obtaining a visa.

VIII - Public holidays
 No lessons will take place on public holidays. No refund will be made for these days

IX - The school reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of students is not reached.
