International
Welcome Club : each international student is mentored by a French student ;
the club's aim is to bring French and international
students together and develop friendly relationships
between students. The Club is a real comfort
to new students arriving from abroad.

Practical
information
ORIENTATION DAY
Orientation Day for international
students is held in the school a few days before
classes start : information about the school,
courses and rules, student cards, visit of the
school buildings, French language test, practical
information on insurance and bank accounts in France.
CONDE INTERNATIONAL SECRETARIAL
OFFICE
Our office is open Mondays
to Fridays between 10:30am and 1pm to help international
students with study, accommodation, health and
leisure issues.
CAREER AND COURSE GUIDANCE
Students can make an appointment
with our office if they wish to receive advice
on further studies in France at Les Ecoles de Condé or
at any other school. We can provide information
on registration conditions, entrance examinations,
and help students with application procedures.
END OF TERM EXAMS AND STAFF
MEETINGS
Exams in every subject are
organised each term in order to assess the students'
progress and level.
The teachers and the director
meet at the end of each term to discuss each student's
achievements. After each staff meeting, a school
report, including marks and teachers' comments,
is sent to the students.
French as a Foreign Language
students can change groups at the end of each term
according to the level they have reached.
TCF EXAM (Test
de Connaissance du Français) IN LYON
Les Ecoles de Condé, International
Department, in Lyon are an official examination
centre for the Test d'Evaluation de Français. A
yearly session is usually held in May or June.
The exam is open to any international candidates,
even from outside our school.
